GSL Education Bournemouth are seeking dedicated Supply Teachers to join our school in the beautiful areas of Poole. Whether you are looking to start immediately or in January, this role offers the opportunity to work in a range of schools as a supply while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. As a Supply Teacher, your role involves delivering lessons across various subjects and year groups, ensuring students remain engaged and on track with their learning. You will manage classroom behaviour, create a positive learning environment, and follow or adapt lesson plans as needed.

Salary Range: £120 - £150 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate or January 2025

Essential Skills and Qualities that we are looking from you:

• Deliver engaging lessons across various subjects and year groups, following the school’s curriculum.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
• Adapt to the needs of different schools and age groups, providing tailored support to students.
• Follow lesson plans left by the regular teacher or prepare your own when necessary.
• Assess and report on student progress where applicable.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity and consistency in students’ education.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• QTS or PGCE.
• Prior experience as a Supply Teacher in schools.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and key stage requirements.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from the last two years.
• Possess a DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
