As an HR Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, referencing company policies and escalating as needed
- Managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HR documentation, payroll tracking, and offboarding
- Coordinating and maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment law
- Assisting in organising interviews, training sessions, and employee engagement events
- Supporting the HR manager in employee relations meetings, taking accurate minutes
- Contributing to HR projects, system enhancements, and strategic initiatives
As an HR Assistant, your skills and experience will include:
- 1+ years’ experience within an administrative role, ideally within HR
- CIPD Level 3 qualification
- Experience handling confidential information with professionalism
- Familiarity with HR systems (preferred but not essential)
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
