- Translate design concepts into functional garments.
- Advise on fabric, trim, and construction methods.
- Conduct fittings and make technical adjustments for optimal fit.
- Set and maintain quality standards throughout production.
- Collaborate with offshore suppliers on size grading and specifications.
- Oversee fabric and garment testing for safety and compliance.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions.
- 4-5 years' experience in a Garment Technologist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, grading, and fabric performance.
- Proficiency in Excel/MS Office.
- Knowledge of quality control, compliance standards, and testing procedures.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
