We are seeking an experienced Garment Technologist with 4-5 years in the fashion industry. You will collaborate with design, production, and suppliers to develop high-quality garments across multiple categories, ensuring excellent fit, quality, and compliance.Day to day tasks:
  • Translate design concepts into functional garments.
  • Advise on fabric, trim, and construction methods.
  • Conduct fittings and make technical adjustments for optimal fit.
  • Set and maintain quality standards throughout production.
  • Collaborate with offshore suppliers on size grading and specifications.
  • Oversee fabric and garment testing for safety and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions.
What we ask of you:
  • 4-5 years' experience in a Garment Technologist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, grading, and fabric performance.
  • Proficiency in Excel/MS Office.
  • Knowledge of quality control, compliance standards, and testing procedures.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
