Are you a Sprayer looking for your next challenge, or do you have experience in paint spraying in a similar field? Rubicon’s client are currently recruiting for a talented individual to join their team working within the spraying workshop.

As the new Sprayer, you’ll benefit from:

As a Sprayer, you will be:
- Preparing the surface by ensuring that surfaces are clean, smooth, and free from imperfections. This may involve sanding, cleaning, and masking areas that should not be sprayed
- Applying coatings (such as paint, lacquer, or other finishes) to cabinets and other components.
- Using a spray guns and other equipment to achieve an even, high-quality finish.
- Cleaning the spray guns, mixing paints or coatings properly, and managing waste materials.
- Working with minimum supervision whilst having a positive and proactive can-do attitude.
What you will need to work as a Sprayer:
- Prior experience in spray painting, particularly in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- A keen eye for detail as the role involves applying coatings evenly and ensuring a flawless finish on high-quality products.
- Experience with preparing surfaces before spraying, such as sanding, cleaning, and masking.
