About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Conveyancing Coordinator to join our established and reputable client. This is a remote, home-based role with the requirement to travel to various sites across the Southern Region as needed. In this role, you will work independently to manage a busy and varied workload, reviewing and drafting legal documents with accuracy and ensuring compliance with property law and conveyancing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, and process a range of legal documents with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring compliance with property law and best practices.
  • Coordinate and manage all stages of the conveyancing process, maintaining exceptional accuracy in documentation and timelines.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, building strong, professional relationships.
  • Regularly liaise with clients and site contacts, requiring periodic travel across the Southern Region.
