Import/Export Logistics Manager
Location:Office-based with occasional national and international travel
Salary:£40,000 - £50,000 per annum
Hours:Monday Friday, 8AM 5PM (occasional out-of-hours work may be required)

The Role:
As anImport/Export Logistics Manager, you will take ownership of the entire fulfilment process, ensuring seamless supply chain operations across multiple locations. You will work closely withthird-party logistics providers (3PL & 4PL), suppliers, and internal teamsto drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing supplier and product data, ensuring accuracy within business systems
- Overseeing stock in transit and expediting shortages to achieve 100% OTIF (On-Time In-Full)
- Optimising the distribution network to balance cost, efficiency, and service levels
- Selecting, onboarding, and managing 3PL & 4PL partners
- Handling import/export documentation, including hazardous freight management
- Project managing process improvements to enhance logistics operations
- Travelling nationally and internationally to meet suppliers and logistics partners (as needed)
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in asimilar logistics, supply chain, or import/export management role
- Strong understanding of3PL & 4PL logistics management
- A strategic thinker with ahands-on approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experiencestreamlining processesand driving cost efficiencies
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- A proactive, self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude
