We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to support our Business Development Manager and divisional sales team. This role is crucial in enabling our sales staff to maximize their time in face-to-face customer interactions by handling administrative tasks and managing internal customer management processes.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Monitor and track the sales process from initial engagement to business as usual account management, ensuring all necessary steps are documented and followed.
- Record and action items as a result of customer account review meetings.
- Resolve issues or queries arising from BDM customer meetings, collaborating with shared service departments as necessary.
- Draft the Win Map document in preparation for completion in conjunction with the Business Development Manager.
- Work closely with the onboarding team to understand customer setup requirements, ensuring accurate customer administration across all systems.
- Maintain and regularly review customer data on Ctrl Cloud and CRM systems to ensure accuracy.
- Record, track, and provide accurate reporting of sales calls, visits, and pipeline to the Divisional Managing Director and sales team.
- Manage administration of rebrand projects and develop performance indicators relating to customer groups.
- Operate as the go-to person for general incoming calls or emails, deputising for Account Managers as necessary.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating to the Divisional Managing Director as necessary.
- Manage customer complaints and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues such as product returns, late deliveries, and faulty products.
- Report recurring issues and customer feedback to relevant teams to prevent potential churn and improve customer experience.
