A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Controls Engineer to join an excellent Special Purpose Machinery Manufacture in the Poole Area.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Design and develop control systems, including PLC programming and HMI design
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing systems for performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to integrate control solutions
- Assist with commissioning, testing, and fault-finding on new and existing systems
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Provide technical support and documentation for customers and internal teams
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in control system design and PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.)
- Knowledge of industrial automation, HMI, and SCADA systems
- Understanding of electrical schematics and control panel design
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant qualifications in Electrical, Automation, or Control Engineering
