Engineering Team Leader Poole 3on 3off days / nights £55,800The Engineering & Manufacturing division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Engineering Team Leader, to work for a well-established food business based at their Poole site. Working as part of a team, the role is an instrumental part of the leadership structure to ensure the safe and productive running of the engineering shift.

Responsibilities

- Ensure that health & safety is paramount across the shift. - Liaise with other department leads and management team for the successful development of inter department relationships. - Assign and ensure all PPM's are completed within KPI levels set. - Promote excellent communication so that breakdowns are prioritised and acted on effectively. - Support training & development within the team. - Highlight areas for improvement.

Candidate Expectation

- Apprentice trained or equivalent to level 3 - Experience working as a maintenance engineer in a leadership capacity. - Ideally from a fast-paced manufacturing background such as Food / FMCG, although other engineering backgrounds will be considered. - Has a 'muck in' attitude and will contribute to the hands-on element of the role as and when necessary. - Proactive attitude with experience highlighting areas for improvement both within their team and across the site.
