Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee a complex and high end refurbishment project in Poole, this is a prestigious development and requires someone with a high level of professionalism, excellent quality of work and strong management skills .
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
- Oversee subcontractors and site staff to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Evaluate compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
- Analyze and resolve any issues that arise on-site promptly.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality aligns with project specifications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Detailed knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
- Strong technical & commercial knowledge
- CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid certificate.
