we are searching for an experinced Site Manager / Finishing Manger to work for the internal fit out sub countractors on a high rise appartment block in Dorset on site over the next 6 months
Our client are a respected fit out sub contractor on the flagship job in Dorset at the finishing stages , they are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager to manage the team of subcontractros over the next 6 months
Tasks/ Responsibilities:
- Ordering of Labour
- Attending weekly meetings
- Identify and resolve any issues with the project.
- To be a point of contact for our client.
Skills/ Qualifications required:
- SMSTS & Black Card
- Driving License (preferred not essential)
- Strong work ethic
- First Aid Certificate
- Experience in Fit-Out
For the right candidate with fit out / high rise residential experience and willingness to travel there is ongoing work with our client a respected name in the fit out arena with numerous ongoing projects on a number of high rise residential projects over the next 3 years .
