Overview: Brand new incredible opportunity to work with a digital advertising agency and eager to make an impact on Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands. The agency is seeking a highly skilled PPC Manager to join a dynamic team that specialises in paid advertising, performance creatives, and email marketing. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, from start-ups to established national brands, in a fast-growing agency environment.

The Role:

As a PPC Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and growth for clients. You will manage multiple accounts, ensuring campaigns are optimised and aligned with client objectives. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads platforms (Search, Shopping, Display, etc.).

  • Analyse campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement optimisations.

  • Utilise bid strategies, audience targeting, and ad extensions to enhance performance.

  • Monitor budgets and pacing to achieve client ROAS or CPA goals.

  • Conduct A/B tests to improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and ad relevance.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, translating business goals into actionable PPC strategies.

  • Deliver regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring transparency and communication.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services (Meta, Email, Creative).

  • Collaborate with senior PPC managers to align strategies and troubleshoot issues.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement new PPC features.

  • Maintain accurate reporting, task management, and documentation to support operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns within a digital marketing agency or eCommerce brand.

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent research skills to analyse competitor activity and market trends.

  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and continuous learning attitude.

  • Detail-oriented with a passion for optimising campaigns for maximum impact.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

Salary:

  • £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
