As Sales & Marketing Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Sales Support ~ Checking quotes, processing orders, and ensuring everything runs smoothly
  • Customer Service ~ Answering inbound calls and emails, helping customers with queries, and assisting the sales team
  • Marketing Support ~ Helping to organise events, produce reports, and support marketing campaigns
  • Admin & Coordination ~ Keeping records up to date, working with different teams, and improving processes
