Are you an experienced Production Manager with a passion for driving operational excellence? Our client is looking for a proactive and results-driven individual to lead their production operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
As Production Manager, you will:
- Oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.
- Lead and develop a high-performing production team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet business objectives.
- Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to achieve production targets.
- Ensure adherence to industry and company standards.
As Production Manager, you will have:
- Proven experience in FMCG production management with strong leadership skills.
- Expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-volume operations.
- Excellent knowledge of health & safety and quality compliance.
