The Role:
- Leading a team of engineers to maintain and optimise production machinery.
- Ensuring safety, quality, and food standards are met across the site.
- Driving continuous improvement to enhance production efficiency.
- Managing planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime.
- Supporting training and development of the engineering team.
What We're Looking For:
- A strong leader with a can-do attitude and a passion for problem-solving.
- Engineering experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
