We are looking for a Production Supervisor to manage daily operations on the shop floor. This is a key role that ensures production runs smoothly, tasks stay on track, and any challenges are addressed promptly.
Production Supervisor - Sheet Metal & Fabrication Main Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate shop floor activities to ensure a seamless production process.
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving production-related issues.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure production deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with the production team, management, and other departments to optimise operations.
- Ensure quality standards are consistently maintained throughout the production process.
- Foster a safe and efficient work environment by enforcing health and safety procedures.
- Provide hands-on support with welding and fabricating when required.
Production Supervisor - Sheet Metal & Fabrication Skills:
- Previous hands-on experience in a sheet metal or fabrication environment.
- Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of prioritising tasks and managing workflow efficiently.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
