Job Title: Production Supervisor
Salary: 30,000 - 45,000

Location: Poole
Full Time: Monday - Friday, Friday half day finish

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to manage daily operations on the shop floor. This is a key role that ensures production runs smoothly, tasks stay on track, and any challenges are addressed promptly.

Production Supervisor - Sheet Metal & Fabrication Main Duties:

• Oversee and coordinate shop floor activities to ensure a seamless production process.
• Serve as the first point of contact for resolving production-related issues.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure production deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with the production team, management, and other departments to optimise operations.
• Ensure quality standards are consistently maintained throughout the production process.
• Foster a safe and efficient work environment by enforcing health and safety procedures.
• Provide hands-on support with welding and fabricating when required.

Production Supervisor - Sheet Metal & Fabrication Skills:

• Previous hands-on experience in a sheet metal or fabrication environment.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of prioritising tasks and managing workflow efficiently.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
