Recently, they have hit a period of growth which is why they are looking to add to their dynamic and long-standing team with this great opportunity.In this role you will be office based, with frequent visits to site. They do work across the UK & Ireland, so travel & staying away may be an occurrence. You will be responsible for the complete cycle of the projects from blank sheet through to completion and be working on a number of projects at any one time. This will include assessing drawings, budget control and evaluation, sourcing suitable suppliers and materials, hiring and supervising sub-contractors, and generally project managing the whole operation. As well as offering support and mentorship for the junior members of the team. Therefore, the ideal candidate will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor who is looking for a long-term opportunity to progress their career in an established consultancy, who also holds a full UK drivers license and happy to visit sites across the country and occasionally Ireland.This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable and established consultancy where you'll be working on different projects alongside having the opportunity to get further qualifications and training whilst also imparting your knowledge on to junior members of the team.The Role:
