Graduate Recruitment Consultant (US Market - Construction Industry)

• Competitive Salary: Starting at £26,000 per annum.

• Commission: Our commission structure is designed to reward your success, paying up to 40% of the revenue you generate, with monthly payouts.

• Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM, and Friday, 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM (with flexibility).

Role Overview:As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll be working closely with a leader who has developed successful recruiters into million-dollar billers on the ground in Texas. You'll receive top-tier training and support that will enable you to thrive in the competitive US construction recruitment market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and engage with top talent in the US construction sector.

• Build relationships with clients and candidates, offering consultative recruitment services.

• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement.

• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the market and industry trends.

• Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
