Mploy have an opportunity for someone to join our well-established Poole head office as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

This is a key role within the branch, and it will require you to support our team in managing key busy accounts, business development, sourcing candidates for a wide range of temporary and permanent vacancies, meeting and registering candidates, preparing CV’s, dealing with a range of customers over the phone to help with enquiries, writing and posting job adverts……and so much more. You will also have administrative activities to assist with, so good IT and organisational skills are essential.

We welcome applications from people with office-based customer service or sales experience who have a proven ability to build good working relationships, can manage their time effectively and prioritise workloads. Previous recruitment experience would of course be a distinct advantage, although we are prepared to give full training.

The role requires regular visits to client sites which at times are in remote locations, so applicants must have a valid driving license and own transport. Free on-site parking is available and business mileage is covered.

We are offering a good starting salary plus the chance to earn bonus based on branch performance; the core working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 am till 17:00 pm, but earlier starts are required on occasions depending on business needs.
