Teamjobs are on the lookout for passionate and upbeat Account Executive to join a client of ours, based in Poole. The perfect candidate will be confident on the phone and love building long lasting relationships.

  • Full time - Permanent
  • Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
  • 26,000 per annum + bonus scheme
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own portfolio of accounts and make outbound calls to check in on their needs, provide support and nurture relationships to retain repeat business.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products based on the customer's purchase history and needs.
  • Prepare regular reports on call activities, customer feedback, and sales outcomes for management review.
  • Using K8 Sales Order to process orders/purchases for customers and regularly update regarding delivery information and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on the company's products, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Work closely with different departments to ensure a streamlined sales process.
  • Address and resolve any issues or complaints that customers may have, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Initiate calls to remind customers about reordering supplies, upcoming promotions, or seasonal product needs.

What we require from you:

  • Previous experience within a sales/customer service role over the phone.
  • Proficient using IT systems (K8 and Phocus software experience is beneficial)
  • Demonstrate the ability to persevere through challenges and maintain a positive, never-give-up attitude.
  • Proven ability to manage your own workload efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
