Your Role: As an Account Executive, you'll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring top-notch customer service and fostering strong relationships that drive repeat business. You'll be at the forefront of identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, based on deep insights into customer needs and purchase histories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture and manage your own portfolio of accounts, providing exceptional support and maintaining regular contact through outbound calls.
  • Spot opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, tailoring your approach to each customer's unique requirements.
  • Keep management in the loop with regular reports on call activities, customer feedback, and sales outcomes.
  • Process customer orders and purchases using K8 Sales Order, ensuring smooth delivery and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Be the go-to expert on our products, offering valuable advice to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with various departments to ensure a streamlined and efficient sales process.
  • Tackle any customer complaints or issues with a proactive, solutions-focused approach, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Keep meticulous records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Proactively reach out to customers with reminders about reordering, promotions, and seasonal needs.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, particularly in phone-based environments.
  • Strong IT proficiency (experience with K8 and Phocus software is a plus).
  • A resilient, can-do attitude with a passion for overcoming challenges.
  • Exceptional time management skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
