What does the role involve?
- As a Service Advisor you willprovideclients with a personalised, premium experience as they come back to us time and again for servicing, MOT and repairs.
- Provide the customersall the necessary information they require when making decisions about the servicing of their vehicle.
- Liasing with the service department to ensure that the customer receive the optimum level of customer service at all times
- Booking vehicles into the workshop
- Resolving any queries that customers may well have
Your Experience
- Experience of working within a simular role within a Dealership or Vehicle Service environment would be desirable
- Good Commuinication & Computer skills would be advantageous
