- Be an RSCN with a minimum of 2 years experience in the UK with an active NMC PIN
- Possess a supportive management style that can bring out the best in others
- Have up to date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators
- Have advanced communication skills verbally and written to liaise effectively with patients, families and the MDT
- A full UK Driving License is essential
