Are you a friendly, proactive individual with a knack for organisation and a passion for customer service? If so, our client in Poole is looking for a Receptionist to manage their front desk and provide essential support to their administration team.

As the Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, playing a key role in creating a welcoming and organised environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring the reception and meeting areas are always well-presented

  • Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
