Job Role:General Warehouse Operative (MUST HAVE A FORKLIFT LICENCE)
Location:Poole, Dorset
Annual Salary:£28,000
Working Hours & Days:07:00 - 16:00 Monday - Friday
Contract Type:Full time / Permanent role
My client is a well established precision engineering firm with workshop locations across the UK. At their Poole location, they are actively recruiting for a Warehouse Operative that holds a counterbalance forklift licence.
Duties:
- Unload vehicles with incoming stock of Aluminum Plate (2 tonne packs)
- Put stock into locations and update in house computer system.
- Feed Saws and other cutting machinery with material to cut.
- Load vehicles with orders for delivery - YOU MUST HAVE A VALID FORKLIFT LICENCE FOR THIS ROLE - IDEALLY A COUNTERBALANCE AND REACH LICENCE.
You will be an experienced warehouse operative preferably within an engineering environment, be physically fit and willing to learn new skills during your employment.
This is a full time / permanent role that is available with immediate effect.
