Overview: A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Video Editor to join a fast-paced digital marketing agency. The agency specializes in paid advertising, performance creatives, and email marketing, working with a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from startups to large national brands. This role is integral in developing and editing video assets that drive engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate must have experience in video editing, particularly in the D2C sector, and possess strong organizational and creative skills.

Role:

The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw video assets provided by the in-house videographer, creating video content that meets client objectives. You will be expected to work closely with the creative team to follow clear briefs and produce high-quality video assets for DTC advertising, testimonials, and organic content. Additionally, you will be required to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Video editing: Edit raw footage into high-quality video assets for advertising, testimonials, and organic content.
  • Creative collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to follow briefs and contribute to creative ideation.
  • Project management: Manage multiple projects for various clients while delivering on time and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Stay current: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video editing and digital marketing.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in video editing, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in the eCommerce sector is a bonus.

  • 2+ years of experience in video editing.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients' content creation.
  • Self-motivated and able to take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in the eCommerce field is a bonus.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: Remote, Poole, United Kingdom, (preference to candidates in and around poole area)
