On offer is the chance to work with state-of-the-art equipment, manufacturing into the aerospace and defence industries. Overtime is paid at time and a half, and all staff enjoy a half day on Fridays.
Well established, this metal manufacturing organisation work predominantly in the aerospace and defence industry. They do everything from CNC machining, fabrication, welding and NDT.
In this role you will work with a variety of materials and thicknesses to tight tolerances. The hours are between 7.30 and 4.30 Monday to Thursday then 7.30 to 12.30 on Friday.
The Role
- Fabrication and welding
- Working to tight tolerances
- Reading engineering drawings
- Working with sheet metal to very thick plate
The Person
- Experienced fabricator welders
- Ideally a recognised qualification
- Coden welders also a bonus but not essential
