This role is perfect for someone at the early stages of their finance journey - whether you've gained some experience in accounts or have worked in administration and are now studying (or planning to start) AAT. You'll receive hands-on experience and valuable exposure to the finance function of a thriving industrial business.

  • Processing high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently

  • Matching, batching, and coding invoices

  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries promptly

  • Assisting with payment runs and maintaining supplier records

  • Supporting the finance team with month-end tasks

  • Liaising with other departments to ensure timely invoice approval and smooth workflow
