I am recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a Tier 1 main contractor on a £17m project in Port Talbot.
The role involves being the site-based commercial lead and reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor.
The project is set to start in April, but my client is eager to hire someone as soon as possible.
Candidates should have prior experience with a Tier 1 main contractor and have led similar type and value projects.

I am currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for one of my Tier 1 main contracting clients to work on a project in Port Talbot as the site based commercial lead on a 17m project, reporting in to the Managing Quantity Surveyor.

The project is due to start on site in April but my client is looking to get somebody on board as soon as possible. The project is an extension to an existing building along with extensive refurbishment works, all being carried out under an NEC3 option A contract.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working for a tier 1 main contractor and have taken the commercial lead on similar type and value projects previously.
