Cymer Afan Community Library Board of Trustees are looking to recruit an enthusiastic experienced manager to take up the exciting challenge of leading the Library.

As well as the meeting place for literature, local information and history, having recently secured funding the Library is now in a strong position to develop its successful Community programme further.

Working with the Volunteer and Activities Co-ordinator, the Operations and IT Manager as well as the team of volunteers, your role will be to manage the team as well as support existing projects and develop new ones that can gain further support and funding.

This is an exciting, dynamic role which presents many opportunities for creativity and collaboration across a diverse third sector. You will be leading a small team of staff and working alongside the Board of Trustees to build upon the successes of our Community Library, and to help us grow and develop as a thriving community hub.

Closing Date: 5.00 pm on Monday 7th October 2024

Interviews will be held on Wednesday 16th October in the afternoonat Croeserw Community Centre
