Support Workers required to work within Adult Services

Randstad are recruiting for agency support workers to staff various care homes for elderly residents ranging from dementia, respite and personal care. We need great support workers to support service users with their daily living routines, a kind compassionate and caring nature is a must for this role as you would be in a position where you will be supporting vulnerable elderly people. You will work with the team in developing, reviewing, monitoring and adapting support and care plans. You will also be required to monitor and report to senior staff on the effectiveness of support delivery.

Requirements

Must be registered with Social Care Wales
Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service (this can be initiated £41 cost to candidate)
Must be able to obtain a minimum 3 years references
Must have a minimum 6 months UK based experience as a support worker

This is a temporary position with shifts allocated on a weekly basis. Pay will also be on a weekly basis.
