Job Description:As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee the operations of the front-of-house team across three hotels in The Highlands. Your role involves managing four direct reports: one Restaurant & Bar Manager, two Restaurant Managers, and one Bar Manager. Collaborating closely with the Cluster General Manager, you will ensure consistent team training and guest service across all hotels.

This is a hands on role and you will be required to cover your HODs time off. Your daily responsibilities include conducting weekly F&B meetings with managers and head chefs, coordinating seasonal menu changes, attending financial meetings, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You'll also address any daily inquiries or issues that arise. Additionally, you'll be responsible for scheduling training for entry-level team members, managing supply needs, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Ultimately, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring the seamless operation of all food & beverage outlets.

Qualifications:

  • A-Level or Industry equivalent
  • Ability to drive, commute or relocate
  • Highly developed organisational and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Critical thinker with high volume experience
  • Sound knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage outlets and hotel management.
