Job Duties:

As a Chef de Partie you'll play a pivotal role in crafting unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the preparation and execution of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaborating with the culinary team to develop seasonal menus and innovative recipes.
  • Ensuring consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation across all dishes.
  • Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in daily kitchen operations, including inventory management and ordering supplies.
  • Mentoring and training junior kitchen staff to uphold our standards of excellence.
