We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. This role requires a high level of accuracy and strong organisational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer contract terms, assisting in managed print solutions, and supporting the commercial team.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Maintain customer contract terms in line with business plan objectives and customer-specific SLAs, including contract additions, deletions, updates, and uploads.
  • Assist in maintaining the supplier’s product file and analyse the company impact of any changes to terms, such as adding new products to a catalogue and updating details like descriptions, costs, and prices.
  • Coordinate managed print solutions, including tracking printer moves, resolving break-fix issues, shipping toner requests, and tracking and reporting to SLAs.
  • Code new customer proposals to our product file.
  • Produce reports, presentations, and recommendations for customers.
  • Deal with customer enquiries efficiently and ensure accurate filing of department records.
  • Update the system immediately with any changes, such as contacts and addresses.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience working to deadlines, using initiative, and prioritising workload.
  • Good interpersonal skills to work as part of a team and support customer queries.
  • Strong organisational and administration skills.
  • Computer literacy with proficient knowledge of Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft programs.
