Due to continued investment and growth, a market-leadingelectronicsmanufacturerare looking to hire a Product Compliance Engineerto join their team on a permanent basis at their site in Portsmouth.

This is a varied technical role that involvesensuringthat products comply with industry regulatory compliance requirementsalongside other test and R&D activities.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Integrating compliance considerations and requirements into product design and manufacturing processes.
  • Coordinating product testing activities to validate compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Interpreting and applying regulatory standards, ensuring that all products meet relevant regulations and standards.
  • Managing and maintaining product compliance documentation, including test reports, technical files, and declarations of conformity.

To be considered for this position, candidates ideally need to haveprovenexperienceworking on compliance for electronic or electrical products. The position may also suit an electronic test or design engineer with a good understanding on LV directive and/or EMC testing.

It would be advantageous to hold a formal qualification (HNC, HND, Degree, etc.) in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
