Intermediate Architectural Technician

Salary: £35-40,000 DOE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Architectural Technician to join a well-established and dynamic architectural practice. This role is ideal for a mid-level technician looking to take the next step in their career, working on a diverse range of projects, including Ministry of Defence (MOD) developments, residential and commercial schemes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and technical delivery of projects across various sectors.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and MOD standards.
- Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other consultants.
- Utilise AutoCAD and other relevant software to produce high-quality technical drawings.
- Attend site visits and client meetings as required.
Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of several years' experience in an architectural technician role.
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods.
- Experience with MOD projects is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Revit is beneficial.
- Excellent technical detailing and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
