A highly respected design firm is seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join their dynamic team in Portsmouth. The practice delivers sustainable and innovative designs across their diverse portfolio of commercial and residential projects. The friendly team have a range of exciting projects on the horizon and are excited to welcome a Project Architect to their office!

The successful Project Architect will have significant experience post Part 3 qualification and will be confident working through all RIBA stages. You will have creative design flare and excellent technical abilities. AutoCAD and Revit proficiency is essential.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Project Architect:

  • Significant UK-based experience post Part 3 qualification
  • ARB registered
  • Confident liaising with clients, contractors and the wider team
  • Commercial experience is beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Creative problem solving skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Confident running projects through all RIBA stages
  • Track record of managing a small team
  • Great knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential
  • Must live within a commutable distance to Portsmouth, or be willing to relocate
