We are seeking a Commercial Analyst to join our team. This role involves critical data management tasks and providing actionable insights to enhance business performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex data in a comprehensible manner.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Complete the extraction, validation, and analysis of large volumes of data.
  • Produce in-depth analysis, summaries, reports, presentations, and recommendations for customers.
  • Maintain customer contract terms in alignment with business plan objectives and customer-specific SLAs.
  • Proactively monitor business and performance trends to identify and communicate areas where performance improvements and cost reductions can be achieved.
  • Assist in maintaining the supplier’s product file and analyse the company impact of any changes.
  • Assist in coordinating managed print solutions data.
  • Code new customer proposals to our product file to include standardisation to maximise savings.
  • Price new customer bids in line with company profit targets and saving requirements.
  • Support corporate client meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience working to deadlines, using initiative and prioritising workload.
  • Ability to make recommendations based on the outcome of analysis to non-technical team members or clients.
  • Good interpersonal skills to work as part of a team and support with customer queries.
  • Strong organisational and administration skills.
  • Computer literate with advanced knowledge of Excel and good familiarity with other Microsoft programs.
