Original Talent Recruitment are pleased to be partnered with a well known client in their search for a Finance Administrator to join their team

You must have experience in a similar role, you do not need to hold AAT qualifications but someone who has experience in a Finance, Purchase Ledger, Accounts Payable or Credit Control role is essential

Duties will include:

  • Deal with all accounts queries over the phone and via email
  • Match PO number to invoices to ensure accuracy on the system
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate client and account records
  • Identify discrepancies and rectify
  • Process invoices
  • Work on a global scale, working with other currencies
  • Process company payment runs

Ideally you will:

  • Have experience in a similar role
  • Be used to working in a fast paced role
  • Be a self starter
  • Excellent communication skills
