General Services Manager - Portsmouth 100% onsite requirement - inside IR35
Manager general Services deliverables and projects such as Cleaning, Catering, Grounds Maintenance and office services to ensure delivery on time, quality and cost whilst maintaining customer / stakeholder satisfaction.
Manage suppliers and strategic partners, monitoring, measuring and reviewing performance in line with contractual terms and service deliverable.
Job Description:
- The General Services Manager will functionally report directly to the UK Head of General Services, operationally integrating with UK leads e.g. The UK Waste Lead.
- The role will be based at Portsmouth, although may require some level of support to other sites and may involve some occasional travel.
- Specific scope of activities will be the support of management of General Service.
- The position holder will deliver directly or support the operational services that enable our sites and plants to operate in cooperation with Internal and External partners to improve service delivery ensuring delivery on time, quality and cost:
- Graphics & Multimedia Administration
- Catering Services & Restaurants
- Cleaning Services
- Waste Management
- Grounds Management
- Transportation Services
- Mailroom Services
- Support through Administration of Purchase orders, Requisitions and Invoicing would also be a part of the role. Their scope of activities will be to meet the changing needs of our business and alignment with annual budgeting, investment requirements and audits.
Must be eligible for SC clearance.
