- Lead inspire and motivate a small team, ensuring effective communication and timely completion of all tasks.
- Deliver exceptional Customer Service - handle incoming calls and email enquiries, providing technical support for a specific brand while retaining as many calls as possible to free up the external sales team.
- Act as the Account Manager to existing customers and convert enquiries into sales orders.
- Identify larger opportunities for the external sales team.
- Conduct outbound calls for quote follow-ups
- Develop a deep understanding of brand products to recommend solutions and act as a brand ambassador.
- Process customer quote requests and orders, manage back-orders, and collaborate with the fulfilment team on scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records in NetSuite ERP, including database and contact management, raising cases, processing returns, and updating prices when required.
- Monitor market trends, capture customer data, and use these insights to tailor brand promotions in collaboration with your Sector Sales Manager and the Marketing team.
