- Set up appointments

- Attend networking events and trade shows
- Use a CRM to manage leads and sales activity

- Making outbound calls to current clients to update them on new promotions and check if they have received the details and would like to proceed with any of them
- Manage existing customers
- To proactively make contact with clients to keep in touch and pass any larger enquiries to the Sales and Account Management team
- To contact lapsed clients
- To provide an excellent service to clients
- To complete administration
- Previous experience within Sales / Telesales
- Confident in making outbound calls to clients
- Have a confident telephone manner
- Will be happy to speak to decision makers and encourage opportunities
- Will be available asap
