CNC Miller Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC mills (Bridgeport/Heidenhain)
- Interpret and follow technical engineering drawings and specifications
- Monitor the production process to ensure quality and accuracy of components
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC mills to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise
- Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times
CNC Miller Skills
- Proven experience in CNC milling operations
- Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC mills (Bridgeport/Heidenhain)
- Ability to interpret and follow technical engineering drawings and specifications
- Experience with manual milling machines is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of safety procedures and practices in a manufacturing environment
