Sales Manager - Portsmouth
Up to 60,000 per annum | Hybrid Role

With cutting-edge manufacturing techniques and a commitment to innovation, They produce high-quality components for a variety of industries. Their modern approach and dedication to excellence set them apart, and they are now looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth.

The Role:
I am seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Sales Manager with experience in precision engineering or a relevant industry. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
Identify and approach potential clients to promote our manufacturing capabilities.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of CNC machining, injection tool moulding, and sheet metal work.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with production capabilities.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in a sales role within precision engineering, CNC machining, or a relevant industry.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing capabilities and the ability to communicate technical aspects effectively.
Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating new business.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently while aligning with company objectives.
