- Manage projects from inception to completion, including installation and 90-day post-delivery support.
- Provide clear and concise reports to stakeholders using multiple software tools.
- Ensure all project documentation complies with quality, statutory, and regulatory standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Host project reviews to monitor progress and address outstanding actions.
- Identify and upsell opportunities for machine upgrades and spares to enhance customer experience.
- Develop and refine project management processes using Prince2 principles.

- Experience in engineering, automated manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical documentation (drawings, schematics, contracts).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing large capital projects.
- Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering (desirable).
