Hours of Work: 08:30am – 17:00pm, Monday to FridayDynamite Recruitment is excited to be working in partnership with a well-established business in Portsmouth that offers a specialist service to its customers.Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Services Administrator to join their long-standing team and support the department’s development. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, specialist team where no two enquiries are the same.Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with customers via email and telephone to respond to their enquiries.
  • Provide progress updates and information in a polite and professional manner.
  • Liaise with third parties, both internally and externally.
  • Handle a full range of administration tasks including data processing, KPI reporting, and updating the internal data management system.
  • Address customer queries and complaints in line with company procedures.
  • Support the transportation of goods and assist with related logistics.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or customer-focused position.
  • Strong administration skills (experience in admin is advantageous, but not essential).
  • Experience within transport, logistics, shipping, or supply chain.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • A professional, polite, and proactive "can-do" attitude.
