We are looking for individuals to support a short-term customer service role in Cosham that has experience in over the phone customer service and retention.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Engaging with customers to address their needs and retain their loyalty.
- Handling a large amount of inbound and outbound calls.
- Retaining customers by explaining the benefits of staying with the company.
- Providing service and solutions over the phone.
- Working with your team to ensure service standards are met.
What We're Looking For:
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and empathetic approach to customer service.
- Experience in a phone-based customer service role.
- Availability for the full 4-week assignment
