We are looking for experienced and empathetic Customer Service Advisors on behalf of our clients based in Portsmouth. The roles are full time and permanent, starting in March & April. Extensive benefits and competitive salary available.
They will be office based initially with the option of becoming hybrid after probation. The role will involve a shift pattern including evenings and weekends. Full training provided.
The role:
- Answering a high volume of inbound calls and emails from customers.
- Providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Providing clear and concise guidance to customers following internal processes.
The ideal person:
- Experience as a Customer Service Advisor or Call Handler in a high-volume call centre environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong IT skills, and ability to use and learn new systems.
