Job responsibilities of the German speaking Customer Service AdvisorAs part of their international sales team, they wish to recruit a German speaking Customer Service Advisor. Working closely to the business development department, you will be the main contact between the company business customers in Germany, managing all the administration concerning international customer support.
Your role will typically include the following duties and responsibilities:
- Order processing for German speaking customers via email and telephone
- Organise the transport and delivery of orders
- Offer language and translation support to the international business development team
- Processing and managing international sales orders
- Creating invoices and sales orders to German speaking customers
- Maintaining good knowledge of the product and the market
The successful candidate background
- Fluency in German is essential, as well as English
- Ideally previous experience in an administrative environment but this is not essential as full training will be given
- Be well organised with high levels of attention to detail
- Strong administrative skills
- A good team worker
- Demonstrate a professional style with clients
- Cultural awareness
Salary, benefits & working hours£20,000 to £24,000 neg. Working hours are full time, 9am to 5pm, Monday-Friday, office based.
